These tables allow you to manage the damages in a practical and fast way, bringing the average repair cost of the most common minor damages based on the amounts requested by body shops and workshops for parts and labor. The amounts shown in the Tables do not include the administrative fee. The purchase of our limitations \/ exclusions of liability, however, covers you for damages caused to the vehicle. Please check it carefully, making sure there are no errors and report any discrepancies to our operators before exit with the vehicle from the location.<br \/>At the time of delivery (check-in) we will perform a new check on the vehicle and deliver you a Check-In Form, in which any new damage not caused by normal deterioration will be indicated. Normal deterioration refers to the normal wear due to a reasonable use of the car (es. scratches and minimum chipping, micro-dents and normal wear and tear of the wheel rims and the wiper blades). For simple damages agreed and accepted by you at check-in, you will be charged an amount equal to that indicated in Damage Tables (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.noleggiare.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/tabella-danni.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\">see Damage Tables<\/a>) that will be included in the final bill.<\/li><li>Simple Damage, not agreed because you were not present. If at check-in you can not be present (in haste or return after hours) and the damage detected is simple, our staff will assess the amount to be charged using the Damage Tables (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.noleggiare.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/tabella-danni.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\">see Damage Tables<\/a>). In such cases you will be informed accordingly by e-mail or regular mail before the actual charging and billing. The present notification will be sent within 3 working days from the return of the vehicle with the attached documents to prove the damage.<\/li><li>Major damage If the damage is important and is not one of those shown in Damage Tables (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.noleggiare.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/tabella-danni.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\">see Damage Tables<\/a>), we will take an expert to make an assessment. Within 3 working days after delivery, there will be a notification sent by electronic or traditional mail with certified technical estimate, indication of the damage and its cost.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8620605 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8620605\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t\tQuantification of damages: Daily Car Rental\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3605885 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3605885\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>In the case of daily rentals (less than 30 days) in the \u201cCar\u201d segment, the Customer is liable for a maximum amount indicated in the Rental Agreement under \u201cDamage Liability\u201d in the event of damage found upon return of the Vehicle. This amount varies based on the Category of Vehicle rented.<\/p><p>As an example, let&#8217;s consider a Rental Agreement with Damage Liability of \u20ac1,600.00 and the following damage found on the Vehicle:<\/p><ul><li>Windscreen replacement, valued at \u20ac600.00<\/li><li>Severe scratch on the rear right alloy wheel, valued at \u20ac100.00<\/li><li>Severe dent to the rear right fender, valued at \u20ac750.00<\/li><li>Replacement of the front left tire, valued at \u20ac180.00<\/li><li>Severe dent to the front bumper, valued at \u20ac250.00<\/li><\/ul><p>The total value of the damage found is \u20ac1,880.00, but the maximum financial liability for the rental in question is \u20ac1,600.00. For this reason, the amount to be paid will be \u20ac1,600.00.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-98604f4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"98604f4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t\tQuantification of damages: Commercial Vehicle\/Van Rental and Monthly\/Multi-month Rental\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8ef2fd5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8ef2fd5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>In the case of rentals relating to the \u201cCommercial Vehicles\/Vans\u201d segment or monthly\/multi-monthly rentals (both for the \u2018Cars\u2019 segment and the \u201cCommercial Vehicles\/Vans\u201d segment), the Liability for Damage, as indicated in the Rental Agreement, will be applied \u201cper single event.\u201d In such cases, if damage is found in several separate areas of the Vehicle, the maximum liability amount may be applied separately for each damaged area, up to a maximum of seven (7) events per separate area.<\/p><p>An \u201cevent\u201d is defined as the total damage found on each of the following areas of the Vehicle:<\/p><ol><li>Front<\/li><li>Rear<\/li><li>Left side<\/li><li>Right side<\/li><li>Roof<\/li><li>Windshield<\/li><li>Rear window<\/li><\/ol><p>Any damage resulting from carelessness or negligence (e.g., damage to the underside of the Vehicle, damage to the interior, and mechanical damage) will constitute additional liability and will be added to any amounts found on the seven (7) events for distinct areas of the Vehicle indicated.<\/p><p>As an example, let us consider a Rental Agreement with Damage Liability of \u20ac1,600.00 per single event and the following damage found on the Vehicle:<\/p><ul><li>Windshield replacement (windshield area), valued at \u20ac600.00<\/li><li>Severe scratch on rear right alloy wheel (right side area), valued at \u20ac100.00<\/li><li>Severe dent to rear right fender (right side area), valued at \u20ac750.00<\/li><li>Replacement of front left tire (left side area), valued at \u20ac180.00<\/li><li>Replacement of rear right door (right side area), valued at \u20ac1,500.00<\/li><li>Severe dent to front bumper (front area), valued at \u20ac250.00<\/li><\/ul><p>The total amount chargeable for damages in this case will be \u20ac2,630.00, calculated as the sum of the following events<\/p><ul><li>\u20ac600.00 for the total damage found on the windshield (single event involving specific liability)<\/li><li>\u20ac180.00 for the total damage found on the left side of the Vehicle (single event involving specific liability)<\/li><li>\u20ac250.00 for the total damage found on the front of the Vehicle (single event involving specific liability<\/li><li>\u20ac1,600.00 for the total damage found on the right side of the Vehicle \u2013 the sum of the three damages found on the right side of the Vehicle is \u20ac2,350.00, but the maximum financial liability attributable to the single event for that area of the Vehicle is \u20ac1,600.00 in the example in question.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-007b050 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"007b050\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a7b460 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9a7b460\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n<p><strong>Disputes<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fa96b2b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fa96b2b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>You will have 5 working days following our charge notification to dispute the amount claimed for damages.
