Beware of fraudulent communications: how to protect yourself

Are you receiving payment requests or unusual messages from someone claiming to be Noleggiare? Stop. It could be a scam.

There has been an increase in recent weeks in cases of scammers posing as Noleggiare.

We’re here to help you figure out if you’re really communicating with us or with someone pretending to be us.

We will never ask you to:

  • pay into an account held by an individual;
  • make a bank transfer to confirm a reservation;
  • complete a reservation on WhatsApp or other messaging apps;
  • share PINs, OTPs, passwords, or access codes;
  • make payments via private chats or direct messages.

How to recognize our official communications

All official emails come exclusively from addresses with the @noleggiare.it domain. Any message from a different domain is not authentic.

Payments are processed exclusively through the official methods listed in our FAQ, using a valid credit or debit card.
