The Italian Government has issued a new decree in order to prevent the diffusion of COVID-19. We kindly recommend to follow the guidelines.

What does the decree establish about tourist circulation?

Tourist movements need to be strictly avoided throughout the territory. Italian and foreign tourists who are already on holiday need to strongly reduce the movements and to return home.

Considering that airports and train stations are open, all tourists will be able to return home. We kindly recommend to check the public transports status on the related websites.

Can I modify or cancel my prepaid reservation?

For reservations with pick up date preceding 30/09/2020: in case of cancellation we will issue a compensation voucher for a future reservation valid for any vehicle in any Noleggiare location, which must be confirmed within 31/12/2020; if you wish to modify the booking, we will amend it without extra charges.

If you have already booked and prepaid but you cannot use your reservation, please contact our customer care department at the address [email protected] and specify the booking number, the reason of cancellation or the changes you would like to do. We will respond as soon as possible.

In case you have other questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

If you booked your rental through a broker and you wish to modify or cancel it, we kindly ask you to contact the assistance of the intermediary website where you made the reservation. We would like to remind that the refund policies depend on the single broker.

Is it possible to make a new reservation or to pick up the car I had already booked?

Our offices are currently open and operative, so you can pick up or drop off your car. Opening hours may vary, so please keep informed contacting the related locations.

Are you taking preventative measures in order to reduce the diffusion?

We are cautiously monitoring the communications of the WHO. Our cars are sanitized before every rental and our staff is following the guidelines of the Ministry of Health:

  • vehicles are sanitized before every rental
  • all surfaces in the offices are constantly sanitized with alcohol/chlorine-based products;
  • everyone maintains the distance of 1 meter or more.
  • We use gloves and face masks
